Holiday Camp (Monday – Friday)

As part of our Services, we will require all parents who are registering their child with us to agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that by registering my child/children in Wolf Camp, I consent to the following.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

IN CONSIDERATION of allowing my child/children in participating in the activity(s) of Wolf Camp, I hereby agree to the following:

1. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Mama Wolf Pte Ltd and their directors, shareholders, employees and contractor ( hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees” ) from, and covenant not to sue the Releasees or any of them for, any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage or injury including death, that may be sustained by me or my child or to any property owned by me or my child, howsoever caused.

2. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) that they may suffer or incur arising out of or in relation to, directly or indirectly, my child’s presence and/ or behaviour in the Event and whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

3. I further expressly agree that the foregoing release, waiver, discharge, covenant and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any portion thereof is held in valid, it is agreed that the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

1. I understand that the registration of my child/children will not be validated until payment is fully paid to the Company’s bank account (as indicated in the payment section) and that such payment is NOT BE REFUNDABLE and cannot used for a new booking in case of no show in the relevant date/week.

2. Exceptions: If the child has incurred an injury (supported by doctor’s note) or is relocating from Singapore (supported by documentation), the camp fee will be fully refunded.

3. Wolf Camp reserves the right to cancel a camp due to insufficient members. Parents will be notified at least 1 – 2 days prior to the commencement of the camp.

4. Cancellation due to COVID-19 Restrictions: In the event that Wolf Camp has cancel all or part of a camp due to COVID-19 restrictions (circuit breaker / heightened alert / suspected COVID-19 case at venue or camp), NO REFUND will be issued, A credit note with 12 months validity will be issued instead. Please note that credit note is transferable among siblings and can be used for any of our future camps.

PERSONAL DATA

I acknowledge and agree that by registering my child(s), I hereby consent to the collection of my personal data and the personal data of my child(s) for the purpose of registration but also for commercial purposes and that any request to remove personal data shall be acknowledged to us by email to admin@wolfcamp.sg

IMAGES

I hereby authorise Wolf Camp to take photos/videos of my kid(s) where the kids could be identified. I further acknowledge and agree that photos and videos will be used for the purpose of sharing them with the parents and publishing them on Wolf Camp social media, the website for marketing and publicity purposes deemed appropriate by Wolf Camp.  I waive any right to any kind of compensation arising from or related to the use of the photos and videos.
